The Downtown Campus is located at the intersection of Seventeenth Street and New York Avenue, one block from the White House. Farragut West is the nearest Orange or Blue Line Metro station; exit at Seventeenth Street, and follow Seventeenth Street south approximately five blocks to New York Avenue. Farragut North is the nearest Red Line station; exit at K Street, follow Seventeenth Street south to New York Avenue. Metered street parking is available in the area from 9:30am to 4pm daily, and free street parking is available after 6:30pm.

The Georgetown Campus is located near the intersection of 35th and S Streets, NW. The entrance is on the south side of the building at the parking lot level. Students may reach the Georgetown campus via Metrobus Routes 30, 32, 34, 35, and 36, which stop at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and 34thStreet; Metrobus Routes D1 and D2, which stop at 35th and S Streets, NW; and the Georgetown Connection, which runs between the Foggy Bottom Metro Stop and the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and R Streets.
